Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 10 days, subject to a return authorization from us. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and not in mint condition, we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee. For an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), please contact us. All returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

Warranty Policy
Warranty service is available for material or manufacturing defects occurring within the warranty period for each product.
1) All warranties for product defects or manufacturing defects occurring within one year from the date of purchase are free of charge. (If the customer does not provide the date of purchase, the ship-out date based on its serial number will apply.)
2) All warranties for product defects or manufacturing problems occurring within five years after one year from the date of purchase will be charged including labor cost and shipping.
3) Warranty is not covered for the defects caused by misusage, unauthorized operation beyond stated in the manual, product modification or alteration by the customer.
4) Shipping cost is expected to be paid by the customer, and parts may be repaired or replaced according to the internal guidelines.
5) Serviced product has 60 days extended warranty from the date it is shipped.
6) We do not warrant the products purchased by other than the authorized agency. (We do not offer warranties for products purchased through eBay, Amazon, etc.)
7) As proof of the warranty, please enclose the original receipt of the purchase receipt.
